For some of our customers that means delays, for others it means complete unavailability of our products. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, there are countries that are still not served and others that go in and out of the ban list. This list is updated on a daily basis in our postal service provider’s website. We, on the other hand, update our clients immediately after we get the information.

Upon checkout, you will see a pop-up window with the information about the expected delivery times. The delay information is not new and our returning clients in the last 9 months are familiar with it. However, some of the countries in the banned list are changed, so be sure to check it out: upon checkout, if you don’t see your country in the menu, that means that it isn’t currently served. We are sorry for the latter, but currently this is beyond our control. We’ll try to serve you the best possible way, considering the situation Worldwide.
