The new 1/32 LVG B.II is now officially available!

This project took a tremendous amount of work to bring to life — every detail of this early‑WWI reconnaissance and training aircraft has been recreated with precision and care. This is a limited first batch.

L.V.G. B.II – 1/32 Scale Resin Model Kit

The L.V.G. B.II is a highly detailed 1/32 scale model kit engineered for modelers who demand structural accuracy, crisp detailing, and historical authenticity. The kit contains 58 parts cast in high‑quality ABS‑Like resin, ensuring sharp surfaces, clean geometry, and excellent durability. Two vacuum‑formed transparent windscreen pieces are included for a realistic and distortion‑free glazing effect.

To guarantee perfect alignment and long‑term rigidity, the model features internal steel reinforcements throughout the airframe:

• Wings reinforced with 1.6 mm and 1.0 mm steel rods
• Undercarriage struts reinforced with 0.8 mm steel wire
• Horizontal stabilizer and wing support struts reinforced with 0.5 mm steel wire

For precise rigging, the kit includes 80 individual turnbuckles, allowing builders to recreate the aircraft’s bracing wires with exceptional realism.

Two Complete Build Options

This kit provides parts for two historically accurate variants:

German-built L.V.G. B.II – early WWI reconnaissance aircraft in standard German markings

Armed Otto-built B.II (Bulgarian service) – a rare and distinctive variant produced by Otto Werke for the Bulgarian Army

Both versions are fully represented, giving modelers the freedom to build either a classic German machine or a unique Bulgarian aircraft.

Painting & Markings

To support a professional finish, the kit includes:

• Full decal sheet with national markings and identifiers
• Precision-cut painting masks for insignia and key elements

These additions ensure sharp edges, clean borders, and museum-grade realism.
