Today, we are presenting the first of the sets we have prepared for 1/48 scale fans. This is the MASTER AM-48-182 FuG 217 Neptun Antennas set for single-seater night fighters of the Fw-190A family – specifically the early A-6/A-7 variants. As always, you will find more information below the photos!

The individual antennas originally differed in length – which we have accurately reproduced in our set. As you can see, the elements are not flat but round in cross-section – just like the originals. And contrary to many claims – including those by 'aftermarket' accessory manufacturers – their tips were not narrower or flattened; they were simply PAINTED a lighter color... This creates the illusion that the tips were thinner, but it is merely an optical illusion, compounded by the 'pixelation' of low-quality photographs, especially those widely shared online. The photo-etched fret allows you to cut out additional base plates for some of the antennas.
