The Third Reich developed some sophisticated weapons including two guided bombs ("smart bombs") and a surface-to-air-missile (SAM). These examples are on display at Udvar-Hazy Center, the annex of the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum.

Dog bites man, man bites dog...

...or better put, guided air-to-surface munitions (ASM) and a surface-to-air (SAM) weapon.   While the German SAM did not see much action at the end of the war, Fritz-X and the Hs 293 played havoc with the Allied fleet off Italy in 1943-44.  Fritz-X knocked several major warships out of the fight but its crowning achievement was the sinking of Italy's battleship Roma.

The SAM is the Rheintochter.   Around 100 were launched but I do not know of any shoot-downs.
