New aero engine in 1/72 and 1/48 scale
The Curtiss R-600 Challenger was a six-cylinder, twin-row, air-cooled radial engine developed for aircraft, producing between 170 and 180 horsepower. This engine marked a significant step in the evolution of radial engines during the 1920s.
Aircraft using the Curtiss R-600 included notable models such as the Curtiss Fledgling, Curtiss Robin, ANBO IV, Curtiss-Wright CW-14C Travel Air, Hodkinson HT-1 and the Rearwin 2000.
