Peggy - Bomber Destroyer Re-Released

Hasegawa has re-released the 1:72 scale Mitsubishi Ki-109 Hiryū [Peggy] as an experimental bomber destroyer

There are two marking options for the same aircraft operated by Imperial Japanese Army Air Service. One before and the other after its modifications in 1945. This release has a resin nose and fuselage as well as a metal barrel representing the 75mm nose gun included. The kit was first released by Hasegawa in 2000 [Scalemates]. The kit is obviously based on the Mitsubishi Ki67 Hiryū Type 4 Heavy Bomber (Peggy) first released as a new tool in 1999 [Scalemates].
