The set includes two sheets of masks (shown in the picture).  The masks are made from thin masking tape, which is easy to be peeled off and doesn’t leave any stains. The tape is tested on clear and painted model too. If carefully removed after painting, they can be used over and over again. Material is flexible and easily applied over curved surfaces. Semi-transparent for easy and accurate placing.

The Mi-24 Canopy and the cockpit are among the most distinctive features of this Mil attack helicopter. Unlike Zvezda who did not put much effort into their clear parts, Trumpeter kit features much more refined plastic material. Being vital for a well-completed model, the large real-estate of the canopy demands clean and fine completion. It is very attractive and often makes the cargo/troops bay irrelevant in scale. Proper painting and representation of the cockpit area is a necessity for any Hind model. This set comes with exterior and interior masks, covering both options for the canopy – open or closed. The set also features interior and exterior of the cargo bay windows and the wheels.
