Flying Leathernecks has released a jig allowing the modeller to correctly set the angle of the twin tail of the Hasegawa 1:48 scale legacy F/A-18 Hornets

“This is a simple tool that can be used over and over.

If built as designed, the vertical tails in the Hasegawa 1/48 Hornets angle too far out. This jig helps set them at the correct angle.

Simply score (do not cut off) the outside surface of the locating tabs on the tail parts where it meets the tail, allowing it to bend. Insert tails into fuselage, place jig in place, and apply liquid cement. Once dry, remove jig. Easy peasy”!...........................................Flying Leathernecks
