New Product Released:

Tamiya 1/48 F-4B open canopy with Transparent printing cover.

This is a new technology we have been developing for over six months, enabling the 3D printing of transparent resin cockpit canopies. The following are the advantages of applying this technology:

1. The 1/48 scale canopy's transparent printed part is only 0.5mm thick, and the canopy frame is only 0.9mm thick, compared to the 1.2mm thickness of the 1/48 scale transparent injection-molded plastic part, faithfully reproducing the canopy's proportions.

2. Compared to the original transparent inner frame with added details, the one-piece canopy frame design has no noticeable gaps.

3. After 8 months of testing, the polished transparent part does not yellow or crack, completely overcoming the shortcomings of previous transparent parts.
