I have just released 1/48 scale version of the Aero Oy's Junkers F.13 K-SALA and K-SALB decals. These decals are meant for the MiniArt Mid. production Ju F.13 kits (#48005 and #48011).
I know that MiniArt has released Aero Oy's K-SALB decals in their #48020 F.13 winter ski early prod. release, but those decals are not right at all, as well as the kit itself depicts the early variant, and Aero Oy did not have that variant in its fleet.
Note, that the Danish decals in that same #48020 release also are useless for that early prod. F.13, as the Danish planes were the mid production variant too. And also the decals are not right at all, much better ones can be obtained from Lima November (LN48-16).
And finally the skis included in that kit are not right for the Latvian B-LATA version offered in the decal sheet.
MiniArt has produced really wonderful F.13 models, but unfortunately their research job has not succeeded well...
The airline Aero Osake-yhtiö went on to become Finnair. The decal set is available now from Arctic Decals.
