all the IM parts are complete and we are about a week into mould cutting so that is a massive step - I hope to have test shots for Telford
Also, all the other parts have been designed with one exception (shrouded exhausts & early cannon) and lot of test printing to get the optimal orientation for the best, layer free results with the best dimensional accuracy.
All these parts are printed in low res, with a shot of Mr surfacer 1500, so if you see lines, they likely won't be there in production. the parts count is higher than the Defiant and there is an early and late option so a few more bits...
so lets take a look..
cockpit parts with both early & late seats.. also the tub has integral feet so you can work on it upright, which are removed before installation
working on markings for the two options now, then it is on to the next one
