Great kit, and having gone through the instructions now, I’ve a few questions, not being knowledgeable enough about this subject, and unable to find the answers by googling... here goes....

Step 3, parts C20 & C21, are these for the MH or AH? I believe MH.
Steps 6, 7, and 8 have you select and install the platform of your choice.
Step 9, cutout around the rear doors, again, MH or AH?
Step 10, forward doors. These are optional, there are no rear doors.
Step 14, skids, parts B23 & 24 or B21 & 22?
Step 15, antennas, A24 or B28?
Step 17, tail lights, GP5 or GP10?

TIA

Some answers...

Either version can mount them. They are the screens for the FLIR. They can be installed whether the FILR ball is installed or not as long as the mount (A17 in step 16) is installed.

Step 6 is the plank for the weapons on an AH. Step 7 is for the plank for operators on an MH. Step 8 shows installing the AH plank that was built in step 6.

The rear doors should be cut out for both versions. The larger rear door is a feature of the M model.

Step 10, forward doors. These are optional, there are no rear doors.

There are half rear doors (A15, A16) shown in step 10. They can be used with the front doors (GP2, GP3 in step 12), or the half rear doors can be left off. Looking at the instructions, step 10 should really be much later in the assemby, near the end. It is out of sequence as step 10.

Step 14, skids, parts B23 & 24 or B21 & 22?

Either is correct, your choice. The latest/newest versions use parts B23/24.

Step 15, antennas, A24 or B28?

Again, ether is correct. It depends on the type of radio carried at the time.

Step 17, tail lights, GP5 or GP10?

Again, ether is correct.

Gino as always "you da man"! US helicopters or just about any helicopter (The New Zealand Air Force hasn't flown many types of chopper) aren't my thing but your knowledge of them is truly awe inspiring.

Glad to help. Make sure to show us some pics here as you build it. Good luck.
