Sometimes manufacturers "forget" to include bombs in their kit, or they are so badly done that they are unusable. If this is the case, aftermarket companies come to the rescue. This time it is CMK with two sets destined to 1:48 scale WWII Luftwaffe bombers or Jabos.
Both SC 250 and SC 500 bombs sets are composed of resin castings packed within a small plastic blister to protect them from damage. There are respectively four and two bombs in each reference.
The bombs are made of two parts (body and fin) with additional bracings for the latter. Construction will consist of eliminating the pouring blocks and gluing both parts together with cyanoacrylate glue. The quality of the resin castings is very good and the bombs will be much finer than the plastic ones usually provided in aircraft kits.
Small instruction sheets are provided in each reference.
