The AGM-12 Bullpup is an air-to-ground missile which was used on the A-4 Skyhawk, A-6 Intruder, F-105 Thunderchief and F-4 Phantom among others. It has been superseded by more advanced weapons, notably the AGM-62 Walleye and AGM-65 Maverick.

Packed in the familiar Eduard blister pack, the resin parts are well protected between the outer plastic case and a foam insert. A set of instructions and a small set of stencils are included at the back of the packaging.
The set comprises of 44 resin parts which make up too 4 missiles.
The main body and fins are cast in a dark grey, with the rocket motor and exhaust cover are cast in a light grey.
Casting as ever from Eduard is superb. The fins, of which 8 are needed for each missile, are cast in 2s for the rear fins and in 4s for the forward fins. Removing from the casting blocks looks to be simple, with just a scalpel needed.
The main body has some good detail in the way of raised areas, and each missile as a pair of mounting lugs.
Each missile has a separate rocket motor, with each motor having an exhaust cover, as there is no hole in this piece.
Construction for each missile is pretty simple with each missile requiring 4 rear fins, 4 forward fins, a rocket motor and the exhaust cover to be attached. The fins have recessed slots along the missile body to help align the rear fins and locating holes for the forward fins.

instructions, markings and decals

The instructions are printed on a small sheet, and include a 1 step build sequence, a stencil guide and a missile colour guide.
The main body colour is given with Aqueous and Mr Color paint numbers.
The small decal sheet has the stencils for each missile. The decals are well printed, in register and look to be quite legible.
