Foil sheets for giving aircraft models a metallic finish are nothing new. However, a major model manufacturer announcing such sheets is a little innovative for something which has traditionally been part of the After-Market producers..
Announced on the DragonUSA website, this new product range from Hasegawa will initially consist of three different shades of metallic color:

HAS 71801 - MIRROR Finish Detail Up Vapor Deposition Sheet

HAS 71802 - DURALUMIN Finish Detail Up Vapor Deposition Sheet

HAS 71803 - TITANIUM Finish Detail Up Vapor Deposition Sheet

Each sheet measures 90m x 200mm and what is promised is that it will be more flexible on curves and angles.

Hi Jim very interesting product ... though also pretty expensive, considering it is smaller than the BMF sheets .. still I want to try .. maybe they have advantages over these .. just ordered Mirror and Dural cheers Steffen
