RS Models has re-released its 1/72 scale F-5A Lightning
There are four marking options including:
●F-5A of the 12th PPRS at Florennes, Belgium, October 1944
●F-5A of GR II/33 based at Alghere, Sardinia, May 1944, A. S. Exupery
●F-5A-10-LO, of the 22nd PS289/7th PG, England, August 1943*
●F-5A-1-LO, Adak Island, Aleutian Island, September 1942*

The F-5A was based on the P-38G. A total of 180 were built, in three production blocks, each based on the equivalent P-38G block (20 F-5A-1s, 20 F-5A-3s and 140 F-5A-10s). The F-5A carried a combination of vertical and oblique cameras.

*This release [92216] has a couple of different markings to the original release [92123]
