Airfix has released their 1/48 scale Supermarine Walrus so form an orderly queue at the Airfix website
There are three marking options:

-Supermarine Walrus Mk.I, P5658 AQ-M, No.276 Squadron, Royal Air Force Harrowbeer, Devon, England, 1944
-Supermarine Walrus Mk.I, L2228 ‘Spotter of Spartivento’, No.700 Naval Air Squadron, Royal Navy, on board HMS Sheffield, 1941.
-Supermarine Walrus Mk.I, X 9515 FK-A, No.5 CF (Fleet Co-operation Squadron), Royal Australian Air Force, Australia and New Guinea, early 1943.

There is even rigging instructions in the instructions.

That does look awesome. How much work i wonder to make up the Seagull version the Japanese operated? Hmm, just did some searching and looks possible but beyond my feeble skills. Maybe one for the retirement.

Hi Carl Although the Walrus was originally called the Seagull V, it was a completely different aircraft to the earlier Supermarine Seagull. If you want to build that, Silver Wings produce a beautiful resin kit reviewed here. All the best Rowan
