In other news...

-Wingnut Wings can now be purchased though hobby shops in New Zealand via our distributor Apex Hobbies (apex-hobbies.com) and in Japan via our distributor Beaver Corporation (FAX: 0283-85-8830).

-Work continues on our new model of the iconic Sopwith Camel which we hope to be able to release in 2016. We believe that the end result will be well worth the wait.

We have received a few inquiries about how the rising US$ might affect pricing since we are located in New Zealand. It should be noted that, as of today, the US$ is still well below the value it was 6 & ½ years ago when we released our first 4 models. This, coupled with the fact that almost all our tooling & production expenses are charged in US$, means that there are currently no plans to re-evaluate pricing.

Me and Snoopy can't wait for the Camel.

Great update! (Small) Bummer on 2016 Camel, though I somehow doubt that Christmas will come and pass without some surprise(s)! I will be surprised if there are no surprises, so I will be surprised regardless (though differently, depending on surprise or surprising lack of surprise) Can't help but get annoyed with seeming bickering over the pricing of WnW products, because everybody wants to be rewarded for hard work and continued innovation by less profit . I know it's "few" voices that get addressed over vast silent majority have done comparative shopping, but still... Should try messaging Ebay sellers of OOP WingNut Wing kits and ask them to lower the price for a lot less restrained response

Hi Ivan Talking over WnW surprises - I've just treated myself to one of last Xmas's that we never covered on Aeroscale: It looks every bit as gorgeous as I'd hoped. I'll get started on the review soon. All the best Rowan
