Attack Squadron are to release a helicopter drone MQ-8C in 1/72 scale. The kit includes resin parts, photo-etched and printed 3D and decals.
MQ-8C Fire-X helicopter drone U.S. Navy.
Unmanned helicopter MQ-8C Fire-X. Another version of the famous MQ-8B Firescout drone helicopter - built on the larger Bell 407 helicopter airframe. With a greater range and payload new unmanned aircraft is designed to operate with larger ships than its predecessor. It will be serving on a missile destroyers (DDG) in the U.S. Navy .
Crew seats are replaced with electronics boxes, and windows were simply painted over. A few external installation were added

The model
Model of the MQ-8C – today we can see it undressed – without paint. Perfect detailed model surface with photo-etched parts and wire. See how much does it inspire for painting and weathering!
The main part of the model – the fuselage is molded in one piece that makes it assembly of drone extremely easy.
Model drone MQ-8C assembles extremely fast. It looks we developed parts division and molding technology to the level we can release really easy built detailed kit.
Helicopter legs are made from wire. You can find it in set as well as template to bent it correctly..
Photoetch is really huge for such little kit. Tail rotor is made from both resin and photoetch – choice is yours.
